damage, although simple jobs are generally not charged, unless data is recovered. Our
computerized, web based acceptance process, will determine which of our
private & highly secure East coast, West coast, or international Class 100 clean-room labs, or
local offices can serve you best.
Our initial diagnostic process*,
of even apparently simple drive problems, requires 6-12 hours, and can
take even longer, if the damage is more serious.
