We can read your disk, at the internal
level "below windows", Linux, or DOS, and retrieve your data.
If necessary we will
repair the electronic components of your drive, then return your data. If the
physical integrity of your drive has been compromised, we will recover your data
in a "clean room" where your drive is opened and
the data recovered.
However, an expensive
and destructive opening of your drive, is never our first choice. Our years of
experience allow us to recover most data for a fraction of the cost of other services.

usage. If you have a drive failure, data recovery service will
bring back your data but not your laptop. Most laptop users
are then faced with the reinstallation of the hard drive, operating
system, and major applications.
This service returns your laptop to you...ready to use, with your
data. We will work with the laptop's manufacturer to get your
drive replaced, and your data, operating system, and major applications
all reinstalled. The price range from
$400.
to $1,500, in
addition to your data recovery costs. Ask about it.

Recovery Consultation

If your drive has failed and you would like to
speak with a data recovery expert. We will let you speak to one of
our technicians.
The technician will walk you through various approaches, based upon the
current status of the drive. This process generally involves
many steps, and so your session with the technician can be broken in many
quarter of an hour segments. You can buy as little as a single
hour, or as many hours as you need.
In the event that you still need to send your drive in to us, we will
credit up to 30% of your consulting fees, towards a professional recovery.
