If your must have your data back
as quickly as possible, then our FAST TRACK Service is available. We
only accept 10 Fast Track cases per day. This is so that we
can be sure to devote a top technician to your job during each
shift.
All you need to take advantage of this service, is to tell our customer
service representative that you want it. You will receive our
RMA (Repair Materials Authorization) form, via email, within minutes
of your call. You must provide us with a tracking number, FedEx,
UPS, USPS, or DHL, within 4 hours from your receipt of the RMA.
We require that you provide a non-refundable diagnosis fee of $800
along with your drive, in the form of a check, wire, or 3rd party credit
card transaction. If you have a multiple drive RAID array,
then the diagnostic fee is $500 per drive.
All diagnostic fees are non-refundable, but are deducted from your final bill.
