Emergency Service: |

| The emergency service option is useful for extremely urgent
jobs. Jobs received with express service, will be examined the day
that they arrive.
Emergency jobs are assigned to a technician group, and will be actively worked on during all 3 shifts. Each technician will only have 1-2 express jobs at any one time. Payment for emergency service should be included, by check, cash, or money order, when your job is received at one or our labs. Jobs that do not specify express or emergency service, are diagnosed and recovered in the order that they arrive, and are submitted to a technician pool. Emergency service, will generally reduce the recovery and diagnostic period by 1-4 days.
