Our remote recovery service will allow our technician to take over your computer and recover your data. One of our certified data recovery experts will come into your computer over the internet using GoToMyPC service. We will apply our proprietary data recovery software to your damaged drive and move your data to a safe area.

Remote recovery service can solve many simple logical, and even some mild mechanical problems. This service is most appropriate for users who can start Windows and have broad band access to the internet.

If this doesn't work for your problem, we may suggest a that your media be submitted to one of our labs for direct recovery. In that case up to $100 will be applied to your final cost, based upon remote repair service charges incurred.

Rates:

Up-to 1 hour : $200 (Minimum Charge)

Additional time: $30 per 15 minutes

Conditions:

Remote recovery service is generally not recommended for serious data recovery problems. If your drive is clicking or you notice some other operational oddities then remote recovery service procedures may aggravate the problem. We can accept no responsibility for damage done during this procedure. All fees charged for remote recovery service are for service rendered and are non-refundable.
