RAID Recovery Service:

print version

RAID recovery of either mirror or stripe sets generally requires that all drives involved be sent together.  Of special importance is the model and manufacture of the RAID controller.   This information can be found in the boot screens of the original computer.

If you need help in locating this information, please call and one of our RAID specialists will assist you.

It is also important for us to know how the failure occurred, and what has been done to the array since the failure was discovered.   If the person who involved in the initial set up of the array, can provide any historical information, this will also be helpful.

There is a $500 per drive diagnostic fee.   This fee is deducted from your final bill, but is non-refundable.
